Snatched-up
In a relationship or romantically committed. When a teen says someone is 'snatched-up,' they mean that person is taken and not available. A parent might hear this to mean a kid's friend or crush is now in a relationship.
How kids use it
"Don't waste your time, he's already snatched-up" or "She just got snatched-up by that guy from chemistry class."
Is “Snatched-up” something to worry about?
No — "Snatched-up" is ordinary 2026 teen vocabulary, not a warning sign. Knowing it just makes you harder to talk past.
