Crash out

To lose control — rage, meltdown, or do something reckless without caring about consequences ('I'm about to crash out'). Usually hyperbole about stress, but in context it can describe genuinely destructive behavior, so read the situation, not just the word.

How kids use it

Venting about school, sports losses, breakups.
